Deposit Terms

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — the account name must match.
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn without first meeting the bonus wagering requirements.

Unusual Transactions

Bonus and Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once — multiple claims from the same person or household are not accepted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• 55rr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

VIP Program

55rr's VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher tiers based on regular participation and activity. Different benefits apply at each tier.

Gaming Rules and Prohibited Activities

55rr is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Technical Abuse

• Playing using bots, automation software, or any artificial means.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

Financial Abuse
